Public Announcement
The Borough of Highspire will hold its regular Workshop Meetings on the second Tuesday of each month.
Workshop Meetings provide an opportunity for Borough Council and the public to discuss upcoming matters, projects, policies, and other topics concerning the Borough. These meetings are intended to facilitate discussion and provide information before matters are considered for formal action at a regular meeting.
Meeting Schedule
When: Second Tuesday of each month
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Highspire Municipal Building
Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Accessibility
The Borough of Highspire is committed to providing accessible public meetings. The meeting location is handicap accessible.
Individuals who require an accommodation to participate in a Borough meeting or who have questions regarding accessibility are encouraged to contact the Borough office in advance so that reasonable arrangements can be made.
Public Participation
Residents and members of the public may attend workshop meetings and participate during designated public comment periods, subject to applicable Borough rules and meeting procedures.
Workshop meetings are generally intended for discussion and information-sharing. Formal action, when required, will be taken at a properly advertised public meeting of Borough Council.
Meeting Notices and Changes
While the workshop meeting is scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month, residents should check the Borough’s official website and public notices for any changes to the meeting date, time, or location.
Meeting agendas, supporting materials, and other public information will be posted when available in accordance with applicable requirements.
